I purchased a tension set double diamond titanium wedding in November of 2017.nAdam was quick in his responses and the ring shipped fairly quickly and even arrived before the expected date.nnHere we are, almost a year later and my fiancee's diamonds needed to be reset. I know this is fairly common with tension set rings so I quickly reached out and got a response from Colleen, Adam's assistant.nnShe responded quickly and was immediate to request I send the ring back for repairs. I had a horrible experience with shipped and the ring actually got lost in the mail that was priority two day shipping.nnLuckily it was found and got to her a week later. She was sympathetic with my situation and sent me photos of the damaged packaging and assured this would be taken care of quickly.nnI cannot express my appreciation enough for her attentativeness and kindness. It made all thedifference.
