I cannot praise them highly enough! They were extremely helpful figuring out exactly what I wanted, and they were so polite. Later, when I needed my ring resized (not their fault-I dislocated my finger, and the size permanently changed), they actually had it done a day early-- the day right after I dropped it off! You definitely can't go wrong using Vincent's Jewelers!

Went for a very run of the mill watch repair. But the customer service was unmatched. Super courteous staff. Got my watch back on my wrist in no time. Any time I think about adding anything new to my collection this will be where I go.
