St. Louis County Circuit Clerk

Circuit clerk Joan Gilmer is guilty of a lack of due diligence, lack of due care and responsible for lack of institutional control on behave of the missouri department of child support. I have documentation with her stamp on it that proves that she does not review any documents that comes across her desk and does not do her job. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general office to have her investigated for political lack of due diligence and misuse of use government funds as she is being compensated while not conducting her sworn duty as a public servant. She will be held accountable and for her actions in a court of law and justice will be served.

We got married here and it was an awesome experience. We were able to get the marriage license and get married in the same day. Everyone we talked to was very nice and helpful.
