UMSL Triton Store

I am an alumni of UMSL. I was offered a FREE Microsoft 365 Subscription when I bought a laptop computer through the book store. The advertisement promoted false information. I now have a computer that did not last two years and no subscription to 365.nnThis is not my first run in with UMSL bookstore problems. I went to a class where the teacher had a completely different book than the one that was ordered through the book store. This led to the entire class being behind by four weeks! It was awful.nnI just want truth to be out there about the lack of organization, false promises, and deceptive tactics to purchase items that are not overly great.

As a recent alumni the store has been awful in helping me get regalia. They do not answer the phone at all. I finally email the store to get help. They say that they could help me ship and order that was meant to be in store pick up and then to turn around a second later and say sorry we can't help you. and you have to place a new order. Really? Who is the manager because this is poor customer service.

I have had several good experiences here this month.
