Barnes & Noble

This will always be one of my favorite places! The staff are friendly. The store is clean and quiet.

I hadn't been to a bookstore in awhile. I loved it. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I recently went to this location and was very disappointed with the quality of service I was given. I’m waiting at information desk with two customers in front of me, manger Josh handles the second customer. I move forward in line, he returns with a customer and her daughter and tells them he will handle them while I’ve been waiting in line. I’m in disbelief and I’m shocked, as a long time customer I have never experienced such disregard. No apology, no help from the other staff member as well.

This is one of the nicest Barnes and Noble locations I have ever been to. They have a large children's books section, but the store itself is sort of small for Barnes and Noble and their selection is more limited. They have big sections of the store dedicated to merch which would be better served as additional book inventory. Everyone here is helpful and polite. There is a cafe which I have not visited.

Did some browsing. Comfortable atmosphere. Bought a good book for a daily read.
