The cashier was so busy FaceTiming her friends (talking about what they did the night before) on the phone to wait on me. Never acknowledged me, never said my total so as I’m standing there waiting she looks up from her phone says YOUR TURN! Very unprofessional not to mention rude!
Horrible customer service! I’ve been here a ton of times and have had the same cashier every time. I say “hello” and “thank you” every time and he has not acknowledged me one time. No “hello”, no “you’re welcome”.....won’t even tell me what my total is....just looks at the register display. Seriously? Come on, man, if I’m going to get gouged $3.12 for a bottle of water, at least say something!
