UPDATE: Added three stars because they seemed to really care about our experience. The manager and customer service reached out to us and were very apologetic for the experience we had. They really tried to rectify the issue we had. We still haven’t been back since the poor experience but hope to give them another try soon since we moved to the area. Went in tonight to get some ice cream because cold stone has some of the best. The ice cream was okay. The employee went skimpy on the ice cream and mix-in. Worst part, though, was the employee’s service. She seemed to be more interested in her friends hanging out in the corner than helping us. Not a huge deal, but rather off putting. Probably won’t be going back to this location because of the poor overall service.

I came for ice cream the other day, and had a very positive experience. The wait wasn't long, and the ice cream was well worth the price. An employee named Katja was very polite, and really improved my experience. I'm excited for the next time I visit!

Ordered a last minute cake today and they had it ready in 20 minutes. It looks amazing and tasted even better. Amazing customer service, even with it being super busy! Definitely will be going back!

"VERY good ice cream flavors and verity of choices. Mine personally HAS to be the chocolate devotion. They also have topins so you can put whatever you like on your ice cream. Gummy worms and bears, M&M's, and mini oreos"(Chocolate, Chocolate chips, Brownies).

I love Coldstone’s ice cream! As a former employee it was easy to tell that the employees working at the time were doing a great job! Huge shoutout to Ella, Cheyenne, and Derek for really going the extra mile with their customer service they all deserve a raise for their hard work. I will definitely be returning soon :)
