The absolute only reason that I stopped by this location is purely convenience. Clearly, it was a huge mistake. Even with 10+ employees working (about 5 working on orders) everyone who ordered waited at least 30+ minutes! Waiting was not even the biggest concern, the fact that the employees kept touching their face, masks, hair, phones and don't change their gloves or wash their hands is extremely concerning! This was the very first time visiting this Crumbl location and it is definitely my last time! Oh and by the way, how the f$&# do you run out of CHOCOLATE CHIP cookies?????????
The cookies are amazing as always, we love Crumbl. But every time we’ve ordered delivery, it’s taken over 2 hours to get to us. Tonight we ordered around 8:00, cookies didn’t show up until 10:40. We called at 10:00 and were told the cookies were on the way and were promised a free coupon. Cookies showed up cold with no coupon. Like I said, cookies taste great but I do not recommend ever ordering delivery from any Crumbl location.
Good rich cookies. The cookies are pretty decently sized too. If you're a cookie lover, then this is probably the best place in Spanish Fork.
We love Crumble cookies! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Their changing rotation of cookies makes it fun to see what they have.
Pretty good cookies. Go pick them up in store otherwise you'll wait hours for cookies to be delivered beyond the time you were promised.
