Came to do my bi-annual PM service and found an issue with a wire loose on a previously installed thermostat. It took some time to diagnose the problem and fix, but was only charged for my PM. Great technician! Great company! Very trustworthy!
Our heating system (both furnaces!) broke down on a weekend. Rhymes came over on a Sunday. Aaron was tremendous—extremely helpful and courteous. He got one of the furnaces in working order. He handled the situation with diligence, politeness and care.nWe would deal with Rhymes again for any of our AC or heating needs. They are efficient, honest and customer friendly.
