Facility is very clean and well lit. Staff is friendly, and very easy to work with. There was a unit available in the size we were looking for. Plus the staff was able to offer us a discounted price on rent for the first three months. I would highly recommend choosing this facility if you are in need of additional storage space.
Truly amazing customer service. I hate calling places in general, sometimes it is exhausting all the hoops you have to jump through to accomplish one task on your list. This task took less than 5 minutes to complete. They made the entire process easy and quick. One phone call and everything was done. And the staff was friendly and nice! Highly recommended.
Very easy to work with an accomdating in a pinch. I would absolutely use them again.
The transaction was seamless, Wendy was very nice and personable to work with. It was easy going in to the location taking my things up to the storage unit with ease, I was very satisfied.nnJust one suggestion there was no trash container to throw away anything.
I had a great experience. I rented a 5’x10’ in the morning. I thought about it all day as I was packing as I thought it might be too small. I went back in the afternoon and switched to 10’x 10’. So easy, so convenient. So helpful.
