Third world service here. Mailed a letter to 63119 zip code. Nine days later, it still has not arrived. I live 90 miles away. Recipient not surprised, everyone in Webster knows the mail service is abysmal.
Worst mail service ever! They scan the mail to the informed system and do not delivery the mail. The mail is so important to me. I tried to call several times, A African-American female tried to find every accuses that she could find to not go in the back and check the mail for me. I hope she will get fired soon.
Tracked pkg has said it left this post office & out for delivery for 3 days now. Then says unable to deliver for lack of access??? Single family home with very accessible mailbox & front door ?!?! I live 1 mile from post office.nTry calling & phone rings 5 minutes w no answer then disconnected.nService was bad here before Trump decided toncut back funding to use elsewhere.nNo accountability. Managers never available.
The mail carriers MUST take the time to double check they have the correct address before dropping off packages. My package ended up in thee neighboring apartment building and the only reason i found it was because my neighbor in my building said she took over a pavkage for the other address.
Worst Service I have ever experienced. They do not deliver packages but scan them in as delivered and don’t even leave a notice to come and pick it up at the post office. This is why at all times I try to avoid using them for deliveries. I hope Amazon puts you out of business. Ridiculous!
