This post office is convenient only in the geographic sense. If your time is valued at all, try elsewhere. Was in about a month ago with 12+ people in line and only a single clerk. Stopped by today and 15+ people with one, sometimes two clerks. That many people standing around inside currently exceeds STL County capacity. There used to be a great, helpful clerk (Andrea), but haven't seen her in a while.
This is the worst usps office ever.. they are rude and lazy.. i wish i didnt have to deal with them.. they are unprofessional
Scheduling appointment is waste of time with these privileged government workers, they are lazy, they don't care and they sure are privileged.nnAvoid doing business with organization and people like this.nnOne star is too much of a rating.

So, I went in very aggravated about a misunderstanding. The lady at the counter was very dismissive and rude about my concerns. So I asked to speak to her supervisor.nRichard, the supervisor, came out and began to dog stare me while I voiced my concerns and then when I asked his name, he said Richard. So, I told him mine.nFinally after the issue was resolved, I asked if I were to file a grievance, who would I do that with.nThey told me that they have never heard of a grievance process. ud83dude06nVery professional!!nud83dude02
