Was taken aback by the level of rudeness at this location talked about on this forum. I will be honest, I really had no idea what I was doing as I've rarely had to ship packages. I was hopeful for some help, but encountered the same disrespect mentioned by others. I immediately went to FedEx where things progressed smoothly. I can understand tensions running high around this time, and imagine it's not pleasant at times, but if you receive numerous complaints about someone, you should probably be looking into correcting that behavior. It cost me $2 more for FedEx, and 0 disrespect.

Mail delivery has gotten more and more inconsistent over the past few months. Yesterday I got no mail for our address, but did get several items for a neighbor three doors away. No idea where our mail went.

Staff extremely unhelpful. Don't know how to do their job and don't want to. I went into the location trying to ship a package internationally and she acted as if this was the first time someone was doing this. I had questions about how to ship it and she was so offended she couldn't answer the questions that she told me I should have already looked into how to ship it. I never ship anything through USPS usually for this reason, but since it had been a long time I figured I'd give them another shot... Nope, same rudeness, incompetence, and overall lack of training and customer service. FedEx and UPS are far superior.

I can count on 2 hands how many reviews I have left for poor service in my entire life, this office deserves one. Not only was I cussed out by an employee by the name of Maya (in front of my children), but the supervisor on staff, Ebonee was zero help. When I approached her to file a formal complaint, I was met with her passive-aggressive attitude and was basically told that my complaint would go nowhere and that “what’s handled between her and the employee doesn’t concern me”. UNREAL.

I went in to buy two books of stamps on Saturday, February 13 at 9 a.m.nThe woman at the counter had a nasty attitude!!! She had given me a sheet of stamps that I had never seen before and I started to ask her about them. What a horrible personality! I hope someone in authority reads this. Why put people in customer service when they don't like people?
