I had about a 25 minute wait to title my vehicle. Not too bad. But on my way in to the License office, I noticed one of the workers out in the parking lot helping an older gentleman put his new plates on his car. Thought that was pretty awesome of her.

My daughter was told when she took her permit test that all she needed to bring to get the permit was the paper they gave her and her non-driver ID. That was apparently wrong, but thats not why the bad review. The blond woman working at the driver's license desk was so rude she actually made my daughter cry! When we came back with what we needed she talked about us like we weren't there. Look, lady. She's a kid. She's new to this. She tried to do what she was supposed to. And you made her cry.

The most rude clerk I've ever met was here! She wouldn't accept my US Birth Abroad birth certificate for my ID Renewal and was so rude I nearly had a panic attack right there at the counter! I would suggest going over to the Deer Creek DMV in Maplewood, I haven't had a bad experience with this location yet.
