My wife sadly lost her center diamond diamond in her wedding ring. Paul had a high quality diamond in stock and had the ring fixed very quickly. My wife was very pleased with how it looks and very happy to have it back!

I went in to have a sterling silver necklace chain fixed. Paul was so friendly and it was evident he was very knowledgeable about jewellery. He was helpful and kept me up to date with the process which was very quick! He fixed my chain, tightened up other loose spots, got some knots out of the fine chain, and cleaned my 2 year old necklace making it look brand new all for only $35. Very excellent customer service and repair quality.
