I had such a great experience with State Farm that I wanted to share it with everyone. I had been with the same insurance broker for years and they just kept renewing my policies without seeing if they could get me a better deal, so I decided to check it out myself and boy, was I pleased with what I discovered. State Farm not only gave me a much, much better deal on my car insurance, but also on my renter's insurance. And the process was so easy and inclusive that I hardly had to do anything. Tremendous customer support and responsivness. If I had any question at all, Brett Sever and Justin Lumsden responded practically as soon as I hit the Send button. And, they were and are so pleasant to work with. If you are looking for a new insurance company, I have no qualms about recommenting Brett and Justin. Check them out! You never know what kind of a deal you could be missing.

I have been with this company for years. Justin Lumsden has recently taken over this office and he and his staff are wonderful to work with. His office manager Melissa Crittendon is awesome. She is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help with any questions. I would definitely recommend this State Farm office to anyone.

I have spoken with Justin and Melissa at this office and both were super helpful, responsive and great to work with! You can genuinely tell that they love what they do and want to help people. I switched my homeowner’s insurance and car insurance over to them and they saved me quite a bit on my premiums. I would highly recommend them to any of my family or friends.
