When we started our home renovation project, we were completely overloaded with options and didn’t know where to begin. We were introduced to Paul and Dave Hamtil and as soon as we spent time with team, we immediately knew we were in good hands. They put all our concerns at ease and provided us a level of comfortability that we didn’t feel with anyone else. I’ve never met a contractor that was as dedicated to their work, committed to perfection and overcommunicated to the extent they did. By far, they’ve set the bar high for contractors in the region and will be our go to for all future projects, no questions asked. As a principal designer at C&M Interiors (a St. Louis based interior design firm) I have had the pleasure of working with Hamtil Construction on a handful of projects. My experience with Hamtil Construction was superb! I could not be happier with the job they did for me. I was contacted in a timely manner over an interior and exterior home issue. Everything was efficient and professional. I felt their work revolved around convenience to me and my schedule, and they took extra care not only to listen to all my needs, yet also follow-up after the job to make sure it was pleasing to me. Hamtil Construction did a wonderful job on our basement project. They paid attention to all the little details, but were also expedient in getting the job done. We could not be happier with the results!
Hamtil Construction transformed our only full bathroom into a master bath going into our bedroom. In addition they reconstructed a small bedroom into a full hall bath. Many options were discussed and decisions made based on our goals and an older style home. They were wonderful to work with and provided knowledge at each stage from the planning to the construction. As any challenges or issued arrived we were well informed and discussed our options for the best results. Our new bathrooms are a beautiful part to our older home.
