THIS DENTAL CARE IS NOT DR MONACO!nDR MONACO RETIRED 2018 and SOLD THIS LOCATION. I loved him and staff. They were the best! MISS YOU DR MONACO, Missy, Donna, and staff! Wish that you didn't have to retire. Excellent , superb, and friendly service. He and Staff were personable, considerate and kind to their customers. Atmosphere was pleasant! Wished I knew the whereabouts of Missy and Donna. MISS YOU ALL SO MUCH! Now I must find another Dr MONACO and staff. My 5 stars are for Dr MONACO and Staff not this new place.

I have gone to Dr. Monaco for years and I loved him and his staff. He was always willing to work with his patients on any dental work/bill.nHim and his staff were always friendly.nAs for the new staff, the front desk lady is pretty unprofessional, and very pushy.nI have told her numerous times I pay what I can each month on my bill that I owe, but she just keeps pushing. To the point where I don't even want to come back there.nThe new dentist and the staff behind the front desk are friendly, it's just the initial customer service at the front desk that is very unsatisfying.

Very professional staff.Explained procedure options and pricing up front.I am very pleased with the dental work that was done.I could've fallen asleep while he did my work..no pain whatsoever for 3 crowns.This is a dentist I look forward to returning to.Highly recommended ud83dude01

Dr Monaco is funny. He's a busy guy but always finds a way to get you in. Understands insurance concerns and works with you financially. Good at remembering your conversations you've had and ends up knowing your family all while in the office. Is gentle when it comes to taking care of your teeth. Enjoys explaining what he's about to do and why he needs to do it. If you don't like going to the dentist because of assumptions than no worries at all it's a good place.
