The wash did a decent job. Really wish the tires would have come out cleaner. The staff is nice. Younger dudes just making their money. Respect. The vacuums are great as well and they're free after your wash. Hell to the yeah.
Vacuum didn't have enough suction to lift even a speck of dust from my carpet and they had some of their prices covered so you couldn't see the cost. Kinda hard to make an informed decision when you're stuck in a line. My wash was supposed to cover the use of their vacuum's. I could have paid less at a gas station. One plus was that the wash did a relatively good job on my dirty car.
Love Zips, but this location has an employee that doesn't do his job. Short guy with longer black hair. Only cleans left side of car. Seems like it's an inconvenience to him that you're there. The Zips on Gravois is awesome. Those guys do it right.
Even tho the line was long the service was quick. In and out in minutes! Also surprise how clean the car was with this automated service plus free vacuum! This is my new go to place!
Was pushed off of track during car wash and then into equipment. This happened on Sunday was told I would be contact in 72 hours its pasted 72 hours. Also when you call up there voicemail is full. Very frustrating and so far no customer service.nnUpdate 3-30-2021nI filled out the incident report or the 21st and I submitted a ticket on March 23rd and still no response from the incident report or the ticket i filled out. This is horrible customer service and not professional at all.
