V•Stock

V-Stock is a pretty neat store with an assortment of games, movies, music, and books. I like browsing the store and occasionally buy something there. Like most entertainment resale shops, I find their prices are often too high for casual purchases. On occasion, I do find an item I'm interested in for a fair price and I'll pick it up. Unfortunately, they don't seem to do any cleaning or refurbishing when they get used electronics and video game consoles in. I am an amateur retro electronics enthusiast, so my standards might be a little higher than most. However, their used video game controllers, consoles, and cartridges are often extremely dirty to the point that I have to take them apart and clean them from the inside out. So, the store is worth browsing for fun, but I only occasionally commit to a sale when I find an item that's worth the time to personally restore.

We love V-stock. Always something to find in there. The people working are friendly and helpful. As far as prices go, they aren't too high.

V-stock is a weird place. On paper it is everything i want in one place. However, in practice this is not the shopping experience i want. If i go there for something, like a specific comic or movie, it is the one they do not have. On the rare chance that i find something i want, it is 30-50% higher priced than anywhere else. Seriously, a 3 year old ps4 game new for 45 bucks!? Or a used d and d book for 5 dollars cheaper than new? I cannot recommend this place for anything other than paying a premium to shop for a lot of different people in 1 store.
