Terrible ugly customer service. Never banked here but that was my one experience when I made the mistake of visiting them.
The worst bank ever. So many other banks to choose from.
Our mom and dad have been customers at this location for many years.nMom continues to do her banking at BMO and is treated very well there. There are two ladies that have worked with my parents during their time at BMO. Brenda and Tammy are the ladies that I am talking about. Can't say enough for their genuine care that they have given to my parents.nTo this day my mom talks about the two girls who are at the bank!!nEven on her gloomiest days all you have to say is that we will takenher to see Brenda and Tammy and she looks forward to that day. They have made personal phone calls asking about my mom's health and well being. Who does that anymore?nI am sure the bank is a great place to invest your savings but it's those two women that keep my mom coming back to the bank!nThank you Brenda and Tammy!!
