I sat in line for 19 minutes, when I pulled up there was a car in both lanes at the teller space and it took me 19 minutes to get my chance to make my deposit. There should be a way to get the line going - move the lengthy bank needs, or better yet open up the inside of the bank for customers. Why are some banks open and others not? And to close the branch we had used for years so this is the closest branch. UGH!!!! It might be so bad if this was one time only but it is constantly a long wait at this branch. Looking for a new bank today!!!!!!!!

17 cars in the drive thru line at 11:00am. PNC, get your act together and open the rest of your branches back up. Every other bank I deal with has all their branches and lobbies open, why can't you? And to choose THIS branch as one you keep open? What, you couldn't find a branch that was harder to access and had fewer drive thru lanes? This branch was terrible before covid. I'm moving my money somewhere else.

I went in for a simple task and the manager was extremely hesitant to fulfill my request. I felt like this request should not have been a big deal by any means. I went to Telegraph branch and they completed it with no problems whatsoever. The Telegraph branch employees were much more friendly and I was greeted with a smile. I wish all the PNC branches were like this. Anyone who does banking with PNC I strongly advise not to utilize this branch.

So its a shame you cant take a check to this place without a account an the check be made out to PNC an they wont cash for without a fee.On top it they want 2 forms of Id verification. It wasnt I just got a fee. I got a 2% fee of trying to cash a check. Oh yeah what do I have stupid wrote on my forehead.nLolud83dude02nPoor poor bank service. Dont reccommend for noone.

This branch ATM took my debit card and since i do not bank with them they cannot return it. So i have to wait till tuesday to get a new card from my personal bank. I will never ever bank with this company ever again for any reason at all!
