THE MANAGER, Jarvis Bibbs, STRANDED US AT WALMART THIRTY MINUTES AWAY FROM OUR DESTINATION!!! **DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**nWe got in the limo and the AC did not work (and it was the middle of July) and the speakers were completely blown so they sounded horrible. We asked our driver to take us to the nearest Walmart so we could buy a Bluetooth speaker. Once we got back in the limo, we asked our driver if there was anything else we could do. Our driver then called the Manager, Jarvis Bibbs, so we could talk to him. He proceeded to tell us that the speakers were not blown (even though we had video proof that they were ruined) and that the AC was fine. We told him we either wanted a new limo or a full refund. He proceeded to argue with us until he finally ordered our driver to leave us!!!!! We were stranded thirty minutes outside of Louisville and had to find a way home! WORST COMPANY MANAGER EVER! I repeat ** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**

I used AFP Limos for my daughter's prom. They were on time, had a clean vehicle, and a very courteous driver. The driver even made sure to call me to let me know that they had arrived safely and when they were leaving the prom. My daughter said everybody loved it.nI will most definitely be using AFP Limos again in the future.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. We rented this service for 4 hours for my bachelorette party and the speakers were completely blown and there was no air conditioning in the middle of July. We spent the first hour of our trip going to Walmart to get a speaker to make up for the lack of music during our trip. We spoke with the manager, Jarvis, and asked for a new limo or a full refund and he told his driver to leave us at Walmart and to find our own transportation home. We (9 20 year old women) were left stranded at Walmart at 10pm. That is 100% not okay and terrible customer service.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND AFP TRANSPORTATION LIMO SERVICE TO ANYBODY. (South 2nd Street)nn*Feel free to share*nnWe used them for a PTA sponsored Limo and Lunch school field trip. We booked 2 limos to arrive at 10:30 am. We had them for 3 hours to drive a total of 10 miles, and end at 1:30. We had 61 students that worked very hard to earn this limo ride.nThis was the second (AND LAST YEAR) this limo service has drove for this event. It is imperative to stay on schedule as we have students missing instructional time and staff filling in for teachers to chaperone.nThe company owner called at 10:28 to say they will be 10 minutes late. The first limo showed up 20 minutes late. The second 25 minutes late.nnThe rides were divided into 2 groups with times divided so that each group was alloted and hour and a half. The second group was dropped off at 12:30. The students finished their meals, and lined up to go back to the limos at 1:00 so we could use drive time until1:30. Only the limos weren't there.nnThe limo company left to go to the gas station after they dropped us off which they told one of the chaperones they would be back. I called the limo driver (owner) and he said they left to go to the gas station. I let them know we were waiting on them and was confused as to why they needed to go to a gas station when they showed up 25 minutes late. This conversation wasn't pleasant as the owner suggested we may need to split ways. 15 minutes later they showed up.nnAs a consumer, an advocate for kids, and a member looking out for the best interest of a non-profit organization such as the #PTA, I felt compelled I should ask how we can be compensated for our lost time. Especially since the company was charging $25 more than they did the previous year, we felt they would be willing to negotiate a monetary compensation. Due to educational time restraints a time compensation really would not work for us. The school principal assisted us as a mediator to work through the negotiation. Unfortunately, this did not work out. When we asked about monetary compensation the owner said he couldn't do that, because it's in our contract and he now has 3 other business partners he has to clear it with.nnThis company says they do a lot of work with #JCPS, and they claim to be one of the top rated limousine services in #Louisville, and #wedding circuit. So when we asked the owner if he could talk to his partners, rewrite the contract, rectify the problem and avoid bad publicity through word of mouth. He laughed and said he wasn't worried about word of mouth.nnThis is when I slid his check across the table and told him I am a woman of my word, but we will cut ties.
