Everything we needed was taken care of and when questions arose, Allie was very prompt to respond, including reassuring us of flight updates due to the adverse weather conditions on our returning flight to the states. We were very pleased to find out reservations were made at our request for a special Valentine's dinner at the resort we were visiting in Cancun.
