I usually don't do this because I support my first responders 100%, but today I was definitely disappointed. I had my new born baby yesterday and my mother in law wanted her car seat installed into her vehicle properly by a fireman. Which you always hear how they will do it no problem. But today she was turned away and told she can only do it by appointment only and how there is only 3 firemen certified to do this in the whole firehouse HUH? Why wouldn't every fireman be certified in putting a car seat in properly and why would you send someone on there way when they came to you for help?? Like I said I support first responders 100% but today I was definitely disappointed . Have a great day and stay safe .
