FNP, Courtney Ramsey violated my rights under HIPAA by attempting to disclose my private health information to a potential employer without my consent. The employer did not request this or any other specific health information, but Courtney Ramsey disclosed it anyway. Beware.

Wonderful Health Department with some great services for all ages. It's not just a medical office! There's healthy eating classes, WIC, and more! The waiting area is very nice and has lots of kids activities. The staff has always been very friendly, as well.

Although my health care is primarily served by VA, I have utilized RCHD on occasion for minor ailments as a walk-in patient. I have found their services professional, prompt, inexpensive, and generally excellent. I would highly recommend them for primary health care concerns.

Just went there to have a pregnancy test done! The lady that gave me the negative result was extremely rude! She told me that I couldn’t possibly be pregnant since my last period was less than a month ago. I tried telling her that I had 2 periods with my first born. She rolled her eyes, chuckled and said “there’s a difference between periods and spotting during pregnancy and chances are” I was “just heavily spotting”. I’m sorry but I know the difference between spotting and my normal period. And the fact that even my obgyn told me that I was having my period tells me that I know more about it than the .... lady I spoke to today. ....
