I always use Carter's for repairs of any kind. They take good care of my watch when needed. I have purchased several pieces here. From gold anchor to earrings. You must always shop here locally.

Worst customer service! Very rude! And they messed up my great grandmother's engagement ring that is almost 100 years old. It doesn't even look the same. They lost little details that set it off as unique. I can't ever get it readiness back to its original date. They messed up the shape of the band, too. I won't go back
