Mary Fry American Family Insurance

I've been using Mary Fry as my agent for over 5 years now. There have been technical hick ups here and there but overall I have nothing but praise. She's very good about walking you through the process and has on more than one occasion went out of her way to ensure I had the best discounts available.

I’ve been a customer of Mary’s for many years now and I’ll never go anywhere else. She provides excellent service and has come to be a trusted advisor for me and my family’s insurance needs. Highly recommend!!!

Worst possible customer experience. If zero stars were an option that’s what I would have chosen. Had American Family Insurance for years. We had no claims then ended up with storm damage twice and then a fire in an storage building that held a lot of personal items like my grown kids baby items, all my holiday decorations, our deceased parents keepsakes etc. Mary provide zero customer service in helping us through the process. We were left to the adjustor. First he said we didn’t have a farm policy, and I had to presence paperwork showing we did have that policy. Then I had to keep going back because of errors. One error being that we were charged our deductible several times in one claim. Then our claims adjustor kept losing our documents and we ended up having to resubmit not once, not twice, but three times before everything was settled. It took almost a year and a half to settle our last claim due to errors on their part. Again no support from Mary Fry to help us in anyway. Because of the multiple claims in a five year period American Family dropped us. Mary being the “helpful” person that she is, was willing to broker our homeowners for a higher dollar amount. ud83eudd23 no thank you. We took our home and vehicles on down the road. We now have more coverage and pay a lesser premium. If your looking for an insurance agent or office that offers good customer service and is there to support you during these very stressful and sometimes heartbreaking times this is not the agent you want.

Wanted double the amount I pay now.

We recently moved our home, auto, life and business insurance to American Family with the Mary Fry agency and the experience has been nothing but wonderful. Mary and her staff have taken care of everything. Anytime we have had a question or needed anything they have gone the extra mile to take care of us. Mary even went to bat for us with the underwriters when they didn't know what to do with our business. She was able to get everything worked out and we did not miss a beat. All total, we will save nearly $1500.00 this year and we have better coverage than we did with our previous carrier. I recommend American Family and STRONGLY recommend the Mary Fry Agency in Bolivar, MO.
