I called the manager on Friday afternoon around 4. I had everything I needed in my storage locker by about 530 and that included driving over from New Albany. The prices are extremely affordable especially since the units are climate controlled and have indoor access.nnMike was very friendly and explained everything very well. This location has smart access to the building and to my individual unit. The units have 10 foot ceilings and tall doors.nnOverall I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend this place to anyone.
Mike Bradford was very professional and customer service oriented! The facility is modern, clean and temperature controlled. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone wanting a secure spot to place their precious items. VERY secure! Thank you Tri-Village and thank you for making the experience wonderful Mike!
