This was my first-time parking at The Parking Spot, and there was a little confusion with my bill. So, I sent an email asking for some clarification. They were extremely quick to respond and after reviewing there was a minor mix up on my bill (I won't admit it, but I’m pretty sure I had something to do with it). They apologized and credited my entire stay and even threw in a couple free days for my next visit. This shows how dedicated they are in keeping their customs happy and returning. I would definitely park there again.
I used the Parking Spot in Kansas city for the first time and it was quick and easy. I like the convenience of being able to pay in advance. Also, the shuttle's come around quickly. I didn't have to wait even 5 minutes to get picked up when I left nor when I came back. I will be using this parking service again for my overseas trip.
I love the Parking Spot. Get picked up at my car, get help with my bags, dropped back off at my car, and help with my bags. No walking or running to catch a bus. Prices are reasonable for the service they provide. I also have the app and have used my points to pay for parking as well as gotten free upgrades!! I never want to park in long term, circle lot, or garage ever again.
It was great getting in and out. No waiting on the shuttle departing or arriving. AWESOME. Thank you
Reserved parking And a car wash and prepaid. Totally understood that if weather was not permitting car wash would not be done. Well that was the case but the fact that you cannot get a refund on a service they did not do it’s just ridiculous. We will not be parking here ever again. Completely unacceptablennUpdate. They have made good and refunded for the service that was not done
