Drove 50 miles to check out the fair but didn't want to pay $30 to walk in the gate...disappointing

Always a great time at the Platte County Fair! The tractor is a must attend event, but bring ear protection because it is loud! The carnival rides are a favorite with the kids.

There was way way to many people at the demo derby no one could watch the show due to the overcrowding including me and my 2 young children.We are very very upset about the whole deal I would suggest going back to 2 day derbys instead of one night and no one could even watch it....

$15 admission is ridiculous. The State Fair doesn’t charge that much. I’d never pay that again so I won’t be going back
