With the Covid-19 protocols in place, it took a long time to get our driver's license applications completed. Once we were in the office, the staff worked our issue efficiently and quickly. They were very professional.

Very unprofessional to the point of being incompetent! I spent 41/2 hours waiting to renew my license, while receiving conflicting instructions from the staff. When I was finally called in I was informed that my proof of address wasn't acceptable even though it was an approved and current document from their list.

This is the worst DMV office I have ever visited. The staff was unhelpful, inconsiderate, and rude. They spend more time talking than working and will not help with basic questions. I recommend you drive to any other office, no matter how far away, than subject yourself to this foolishness. This office should be closed to save money. This is sad.

2.5 he wait only to find out I needed another piece of documentation......nn2nd time waiting. Last time I finally had to simply leave.

Came on a Saturday got here at 745 says open and no one showed up to work
