This was the simplest process for me to go through. I purchased my first rental subject-to an underlying mortgage and Audrey was very knowledgeable and skilled on what to do and what not to do in order to prevent the Due on Sale. I highly recommend any newbie investors that need insurance to choose them. They are incredible to say the least.
