Aubrie was so helpful!!! After another store screwed up my order I was in desperate need of help, Aubrie took care of me quickly, efficiently and under the price of the other store! The installers did a great job. I will be using them from now on, top notch customer service!!!!

We had carpet installed recently, and the installers did a fantastic job. They were on time, friendly and the floor looks great. We were happy with the job, and happy with the value received too. In other words, the price was very reasonable. In an age of businesses constantly trying to scrape every last cent out of you, Wilson's is a refreshing change!nBut maybe most impressively was the way they handled our specific situation. We had a misunderstanding on the bill which initially caused some confusion and frustration. We took our concerns to them in person and their response was fair, immediate and most of all - thoroughly honest! The feeling I got after doing business with them isn't something I could easily put into words. I felt as though I was dealing with real people - a family - who truly cared.nIf you're thinking about flooring - get it done here. They're honest, efficient, genuine, and they do a great job!

I was first introduced to Wilson's when we built our home 10 years ago. Since then, I have personally used them to replace carpet and update our tile backsplash in the kitchen. I also regularly refer them to my design and real estate clients. I trust them fully to not only complete the job as promised but to offer amazing custer service as well. Top notch products, service and competitive pricing! I have not had one negative experience and will not go anywhere else!

Buyer beware!!!Terrible business!! Stay away!! Quoted one price. Doubled in price before install. Asked to be quoted for 3 bedrooms and stairs. Added on 4th bedroom at future visit. Notes written all over page...above my head with numbers and measurements. Assumed the total at the bottom was the actual total. But it was not!! Proposal quote $2400 actual total $4300!! Bait and switch. Didn’t find out until after we started tearing up our carpet. Asked for an email to confirm the quote on 3 different occasions finally got on the 4th call. Everything is hand written and was done incorrectly by the owner. Will be reporting to BBB because they made no effort to make things right.
