So I paid for my vacation, but my husband wanted an upgrade so we told them we wanted the Clay Cooper suite at Stone Castle. My representative Jackie looked it up and said it was available but would be an extra 200.00. So she collected the money and said it was booked. A week later my job changed my days off. I called and tried to change my days and they never answered my calls or left voice-mail. So I called Stone Castle to confirm my days and I was informed that there is no reservation for me and that Branson Travel group has no authority to book certain rooms and the one I wanted was already booked. Still no response from Branson Travel so I'm still out the money for the original package and now the extra 200.

It's not that I liked it, but I used to work there and everyone there was really cool and even if they came from money they never judged anyone. We was a team and we were all there for the same reason. To make some money and be the top sellers.
