Terra is a great physical therapist! She has insight into what plan of care will best fit her client's needs for the best possible outcome. Terra also provides the element of compassion to her care of clients. I highly recommend her as a therapist. She will help you accomplish your goal.
Working with Terra on my ankle mobility turned out to be a great experience for me and definitely helped improve my workouts! She guided me with some exercises when I met with her in person and we were able to follow up via Zoom. She was right on target with her assessment and very kind in her guidance! I would definitely recommend her services to anyone experiencing pain in their workout or daily life.
Just want to say Terra is one of the best PT!! I was having plantar fasciitis and heel spur problems. I was in alot of pain when I first went to see her. By the time my PT was done I felt so much better!! I am back to running with no pain. I learned alot from her and the exercises and stretching exercises she gave me. It helped me so much. I still do alot of stretching. I would highly recommend Terra!! If you are having any problems give her a try. She will do what ever it takes to get you back to normal!!
