This office looks for ways to make this process hard. Purchased a car on Friday - went in Saturday to get plates - they said they needed a notarized bill of sale - fine - back to the dealer this week - got it - went back in today - now they want odometer verification !!!! What it’s a used car - what do they care what the mileage is - the dealer had the inspection done before I purchased it. It shows the mileage - and inspection is still current. Even if this was all necessary could they not have told me the first time !!!! What will they want next time??? The last time the oil was changed ???nnI say if you want to only make one trip to the dmv - pick another one!
I've been here twice In the past couple months. Once was for a driver's license renewal, and once was for new out of state tags. I've been extremely impressed by the speed and kindness of the employees both times!
I had the most amazing experience at a DMV I have ever had!!! They were fast and curious, and the guy who helped us, Chad, was super professional, kind and helpful. I will definitely go back to this location if I need anything from the DMV again.
Fast and convenient! Plus, it is set up awesome for safety. But could use new floor.
the manager is actually horrible and refused to renew my license stating it was “past the date to renew it” and i needed to retake the test. even though i provided the correct documentation showing that it was not in fact past the date, and they are obligated to renew it. She then screamed at me “Just call jefferson city and whine about it to them, Bye” and threw my documents back at me. Worst experience at a DMV by far.
