Great for the most part. Except Saturday Amazon delivery’s. I’m losing 70% of my Saturday delivery’s ?? Sometimes they show up weeks or months later?? Most of the time I got to reorder and hope it gets delivered sun-Friday. Not Saturday. And I’m home at delivery’s. They just never show up???????
My package had the wrong address, I own that that part was my fault. The address on the package was non existent. They still delivered it to an address. Of course not the address on package cuz it don't exist. But to another address then proceeded to tell me they won't do anything about it!
The lady was very rude and disrespectful. She made me take my package and change it to another package. I have been shipping packages this way for 2 years. Then when I tried to leave and take my business elsewhere she ripped the package out of my hand. Very disappointed with this place
They were extremely busy as you see from the line! However they had me in and out withing 15 minutes! And that's a busy, busy place! They were very friendly and kind.
I give two stars because my experiences at the facility have been AMAZING! Otherwise it would be negative stars and here’s why. The delivery of my products is the absolute most worst mail delivery (or no delivery) I’ve ever had. I live in an apartment complex and if the front office is not open I simply just do not get my packages until they re-deliver on another day. It’s so frustrating, annoying and right down laziness of the delivery person. You deliver them to homes and homes are further apart then apartments, just saying. If this could be fixed that would be amazing.
