Great owner, super friendly!! Prices are VERY reasonable! He is very understanding and accommodating. Would definitely recommend! They are still in business, just up the street a little bit! There are signs so it’s easy to find. I’ve found it best to text the owner as he will respond that way!

This place knows how to treat customers. They offer free delivery within most of Springfield if you spend more than $500. They had a great selection. We will definitely be returning here for appliances in the future.

I bought a Maytag washer and drier. The washer was canubilised using the tub and motor off a older model. To explain the washer does not spin but instead adjutatesnYou can not take older components and put them on new ones. Just because you think it should work. It doesnt. Now I'm going to buy a nother make and model as my one and repair it as it should be. It's going to cost me alote more but it will work as it should. This guy is old school but need to be schooled

Bought washer and dryer was told it was couple years old. Was also told there is a 30 day warranty, no specifications, just warranty on machines. A friend went and picked them up for me. The first time I used washer it leaked water, called them and told them it leaked. Ken said they would come fix it until I told him I lived an hour away he then told me I would have to load it up and bring it back. That’s not an option for me as I don’t have a truck and I’m a single woman. I called them on a Friday, he said since they were closed on Monday it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before they could come fix it. Didn’t hear a word from them Tuesday called them Wednesday for the run around on when they was coming. I had to have someone come to house to stay. Told them 4 would work best for us but they couldn’t do 4 but could go 330 or 345. Ok. I made those arrangements. Got washer fixed and was good. Then the latch on dryer quit working and wouldn’t stay shut during drying. Called them again to fix it as it’s still under warranty. Was told again I would have to bring it in to fix it. Who does that? It’s not a car, it’s a dryer. Because I live an hour away they won’t honor their warranty. Told me he did a courtesy by coming to fix the washer, no you was doing as you said you was. He also said someone probably messed up the door. I am 50 years old and take care of my things. I know how to use a dryer, I didn’t mess it up. Wouldn’t recommend
