Our washer went out at the worst time, like things usually do. We visited this store and they had a good used replacement we were able to leave with that day. The price was surprisingly lower than we expected and they gave us a 90 day warranty. The people who work here were very nice and helped us load it up. We've been using the washer for a few weeks now without any problems.

I purchased a washer, dryer, and refrigerator from them. I will say the two maintenance men have always been very friendly. I will never do business with this company again, and would never recommend this place to anyone! I have lost count on how many times they had to come out and repair my appliances! First, the washer broke after they installed it... they had to come replace the washer. Next, the dryer wasn't drying my laundry, and took 3-4 cycles before getting them dry. Next, the dryer heating element broke, so they had to replace a part in there, to avoid a fire starting in my home. It was causing the inside to almost burn up! Next, the refrigerator ice maker broke, wouldn't produce ice AND wouldn't dispense ice. They attempted to fix this twice. NEXT, the refrigerator doors were uneven with each other, and when they came to even them up, they ended up doing something to the door, where it would swing open so hard and wide, it scratched up my walls. They had to come back out, yet again, and attempt to fix the door issue, and also replace an ice bucket that was broken. They attempted to fix the ice maker, but forgot the part they needed, so we had to arrange another visit, AND they had to take it into the shop for repair, which would take over a week, so they had to provide me a temporary fridge. When they returned my refrigerator, the ice maker broke again, and they replaced the bucket, but weren't sure this would fix the issue. NOW, my warranty is expired and they assured me they would go ahead and provide a new bucket, to see if that would solve it, and never called me back. The entire 90 days of warranty, I had non-stop problems with these appliances, and multiple house visits for repairs. Every time they came to repair something, it caused an additional issue! The only convenience was that I have been working from home since COVID in March, and was home, anyway. After multiple problems with my refrigerator, the owner refused to take back the fridge for a refund, so now I am stuck with a piece of JUNK! I have been SO exhausted and sick of dealing with this company! The appliances are JUNK, and multiple repairs have been USELESS! My refrigerator door is STILL swinging open so wide, it hits the wall, AND my ice machine won't dispense ice! The owner brags up and down about how many years he's been in this business and how he stands by his company. I am here to testify, it is the worst company I have ever had to deal with!

I have purchased a washer and a washer/dryer set from them and both times was very pleased with their service, quality and prices. The lady who answers is friendly and knowledgeable about their inventory options and makes the buying experience by phone very easy.
