I love working here! Great company to work for. Lots of room for growth and opportunities.nA company not afraid to try new things to better improve business, employees, and residents. Working at Cottonwood has been like being apart of a family, with people who are open to opinions and listen to ways to improve and provide the best living for our residents.nnManagement always provides recognition where it is needed, and never forgets to celebrate the little things. Every day is challenging with no dull moments. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They have the willingness to teach and push you to success.nnSo my experience working here had been great. I love the staff andnAlso, enjoy all the great new people and relations I have built with residents.

Was a great place for when I was there as a child. Had my troubles fitting in at first and not trying to let the staff and therapy work. But once I finally gave in it was like my new family. Games and sports. School the fun activities that help us learn to cope with our selves and others. The staff were so good to us. The food wasn't the best. But overall it helped me for the best.
