I’ve been using this office for years. I have never had a bad experience! Their deals are amazing and can never be mad that they don’t charge for fees for anything but airlines tickets, that’s SO nice! Payment plans for cruises is amazing and has been the biggest way my family can vacation. I can’t say enough good things!

Used Travel Leaders for my honeymoon to Bermuda. Fantastic service from their agents. We were unsure of where to stay and touring options around the island. Travel Leaders found the perfect hotel for us and arranged everything from private transfers to a snorkel adventure. Highly recommend Lori and Victoria in particular as they were patient and didn't rush us.

Lori is our go to and always has been. She is honest and great to work with.

Seems to be hit or miss if they ever return phone calls or e-mails. Maybe their corporate customers receive better service.
