I had a fantastic experience with my physical therapy here. I had suffered a serious fracture and started my PT barely able to walk with a cane. My physical therapist, Amber, DPT, guided me through targeted strength and flexibility exercises making sure that I did them properly. The exercises were effective while minimizing pain and I saw positive results every week. Amber, Amanda, Keith, Lauren, and the rest of the staff were always friendly, attentive, and fun. By the time i was discharged I could walk comfortably and ride a bike again. I highly recommend them to anyone needing to recover from an injury.

I love the staff here! Lauren is always such a delight, and so helpful! I've done P.T. before, but never felt it did any good, and that's because they weren't showing me the correct way of doing the exercises. I love how they ensure that you're feeling things where you should be while also ensuring that you are not in any pain at the same time. Thank you Pivot!

The Staff at the Pivot Physical Therapy Dunkirk location are AWESOME!!!!! The first time I called to schedule an initial appointment I was greeted by Amanda. She was very courteous and professional, this has remained the same every single time I have ever walked into the office. My physical therapist Amber Is the BEST. No matter how busy she gets her number 1 priority is focusing on your individualized treatment plan. Her technique and knowledge as a physical therapist is top notch. Holly and Lauren you both ROCK you guys are always there filling in the gap whenever and wherever needed. Lauren Thanks for being my biggest cheerleader! I would Highly recommend this location to all my family and friends Hands Down!!!!!

The team is wonderful and the facility is really nice. I switched out because my doctor wanted me to try aquatic therapy, but I was totally happy with the care the Pivot team was giving me until then. Thank you, guys!

This is my second time using this facility. This time was 3 months of PT due to knee replacement. Allison is fantastic ! I could never have gotten my mobility back without her. She recognized my issues, helped me through them and I am back to my normal life. She has a way of being firm and ensuring you aren't doing more than you are capable and then feeling proud when you leave you could do it! Lauren was great helping me early in the process with encouraging words and a stress ball to squeeze when I needed it (it was better than screaming and tears!) I am going to get my other knee replaced within the next year and I will be back. I thank the entire work team for getting me where I am today. Thanks!!!!
