Worst primary care ever! I mean ever. Took them weeks to send a prescription over to the pharmacy. How is that acceptable? Called many many times to get this straightened out. Never going back, and would advise anyone not go there if you want a decent care. If you do, I hope you never have to keep calling them cause they don’t want to help you.

Everything was fine until they changed over all the staff (Doctors) and they stopped carrying my insurance but they grandfathered me in. Then the Doc. I was seeing left and they dropped me because of the insurance issue. Then they called me and said they had one on site that took my insurance. Then right before the appointment they called me and said they couldn't keep the appointment because they don't carry my insurance. MAKE UP YOUR MINDS! VERY DISSAPOINTED AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE PATIANT THEY CARE ABOUT THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR!

I had a wonderful Primary Care there, loved her. Unfortunately, she left. Called for an appointment and was told my PC had left and they didnt know where she went????? Was told to call back a number of times stringing me along and was even told they would give me a call when a new primary care came in. They didn't. What turned out as a great service mutated to sour and unfriendly. Congratulations Great Mills.

Yea i went here because website says accepting new patients, walk in for an appointment. Got a bad cold, new to the area. They flat out denied service, said not taking new patients. There was not one person waiting in the 50 or so chairs, at least 5 people standing around behind the counters.
