The physical therapy itself was fine, but the billing staff was bad at their job and even having my insurance information in advance could not figure out that they needed extra information and ended up costing me several hundred more dollars than it would have otherwise. They are also drastically more expensive out of pocket than the other local options, 60-80 more a visit without insurance.
