The ladies that work here are the bomb.com! I am post shoulder surgery and they have been helping me get back to my normal life. All therapists are super knowledgeable and provide a very wholesome experience. I couldn't imagine getting my treatment from anywhere else - definitely the place to go!

I was excited to start my sessions here. I was supposed to start the same week that the pandemic hit and shutdowns were threatened, and accidentally took my children to a doctors appointment at the same time as my appointment. I put the kids back in the car as soon as I received the call that I was supposed to be there and came over immediately (during same hour as my appointment) to apologize/resume my appointment or reschedule. Instead, I was met with rudeness by the office manager and a bill for 150 dollars or I could not come back. I had signed no paperwork saying that I agreed to a 150 missed appointment fee, nor did I know there was a fee. I wish they would have responded differently.

The staff and trainers are all great to work with, and extremely professional! Everyone has been VERY helpful to me during my recovery, and the Therapists at Gateau have made the process much easier for me.
