Kristin Kirk is the perfect Physical Therapist for me. Not only is she very experienced, but she knows how to provide a personalized level of therapy that works for whatever the situation. She has treated me for multiple issues over a 15 year period and has always been great. She knew just when to teach, lead, comfort, and encourage me through my many rehabs. I have moved further away from her home area but have reconnected after a few years to rehab a rotator cuff virtually during the pandemic and this new experience is working great. Kristin and MedStar have employed wonderful app-based technology to lead the patient through exercise routines with video examples and track progress towards their personalized rehab goals. They have found ways to make great Physical Therapy care work even in these trying times. Thanks to Kristin Kirk and her great team at Medstar Health physical Therapy!

Everyone from the front desk to the physical therapists are polite, friendly and professional. I’ve been a patient for many years and have always had a great experience and highly recommend them.

I was supposed to go into MedStar for physical therapy on my left knee, but got weary about going there since COVID-19. I requested tele-therapy and they were able to do it. My trainer works with me for 1/2 hour and teaches me all of the exercises and the items that I need to do the exercise. You then get a Care Plan and you log in to your plan and there are video's of each exercise that you check off as you complete them. It's working out great!

I have received excellent care at MedStar Health Physical Therapy. and like that the body and mind are considered as a whole while treating a problem. I have been given meditation information and told food and medications to avoid in addition to the physical therapy in order to enhance my recovery.nI highly recommend Neelesh Katkar and the Team at MedStar Health.

I HIGHLY recommend!! Gillian, Kristin, Crystal, Mary Grace, Joan, Sherry, and Mary are the best! I've worked with Gillian several times over the years and she is aces! She is professional and friendly, always listens to my concerns and goals, and strives to assist me in achieving my goals. Be prepared to do the work because they will push you, but not overly so. Ultimately recovery is up to the patient, but they do an excellent job of getting you to your goals.
