I am so grateful for this pharmacy. I needed an emergency prescription filled for my dog and after calling some of the big name pharmacies in the area I reached out to Tidewater. They immediately answered the phone and gave a cost much lower than what I was quoted from the other pharmacies. The prescription was filled in under 10 minutes. The staff was so friendly and courteous and I cannot thank them enough for their help today. I will be switching my personal prescriptions over and I would strongly encourage others to do the same.

Every time I walk into Tidewater they have been helpful and friendly. They have been able to take care of every request, the people at the front desk are always eager to help, and the pharmacist is very knowledgeable. It’s a great neighborhood pharmacy that we prefer over the chains.

If you're tired of your pharmacist not knowing your name. The other pharmacies in town your just a number. They were able to help me get my situation resolved. Sadly my insurance didn't cover the medication but the medication was cheaper than most of my co-pays so they saved me money is a blast...nnLittle stuff like this makes a difference

Today I had an awful experience at cvs and I came to tidewater looking for help with a prescription for my husband. The pharmacist was beyond helpful. She went above and beyond for me. She was extremely kind to me and I can’t say thank you enough for her help!

This new place in Charlotte hall is very CLEAN, organize , politeness is a big factor in my book. Mark-Hunter the pharmacists are Great people to deal with.
