Never opens when they say they will. So many people are forced to figure out other means. Its no longer that easy to call a cab or Taxi. Change the hours on your page or open when you say you will. 7 days in a row they were very late.

Supposed to be 24 hour service right? Well this particular night I have been calling since 11pm and it’s now almost 4am and I have been calling non stop for an important ride! I only have cash, not a card to get Uber or Lyft. Seriously y’all need to let people know if y’all stop at a certain time or hire new people since the ones that are driving aren’t doing their jobs. This is absolutely ridiculous!! They just let their phones ring and ring. What could they be doing? THEY ARE AT WORK

Terrible service ! Driver hung the phone up mid sentence without confirming if he was coming or not, when I tried calling back, he declined my calls. HORRIBLE !

First of all, tell your drivers that if they don't know where hole in the wall is or that it's a bar, they shouldnt be driving in St Marys county. Second, drivers don't need to catch an attitude with someone trying to explain where something is when you can't shut up long enough to hear it, talking for five seconds about your food before you introduce the company to the caller. Learn how to be professionals or don't run a company.

First let me start; I rode with this company about a month ago and they are horrible. first you are 20 minutes late and then when we call you suddenly you are outside. when we proceeded too get into your vehicle you light a cigaretteud83dude1f. no concern for public or customer safey.. I thought this was SafeRide lol ud83dudc4e.. but it doesn't get no better during the ride the driver had someone else in the vehicle not giving knowledge to the customer at all and while doing the ride you have a provocative conversation. where is your customer service where is the respect for other people's ears and how you or may not run your business. But honestly you guys really need to change your name. I really wish that I had someone to tell me about this company but I'm going to tell you guys about this company if you want to ride with cousin Pookie then that's fine with you guys but won't be doing that again
