Highland gave me an estimate to make roof repairs. I accepted. They gave me a timeframe when the work would be done and then did not show and would not respond to several calls.
Top marks for everyone working with Dennis and Chris including Kendall, the mason. The entire crew worked well together, arriving on time and leaving our home clean of roofing materials at the end of each day. We were referred to Highland by friends and will happily refer Highland to others. Thank you.
I had a company come out three times to fix a leak in the roof above my kitchen. Three times! They couldn't fix the leak and returned what I had paid. I still needed the leak fixed so I contacted Brock at Highland and he sent someone out. He found the leak was due to my roof flashing. You know how long it took to find the leak? FIVE MINUTES. They came back out not too long after and fixed the issue and made some improvements to make sure it never happens again. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the results.
Personnel were prompt and very professional. The roofs took several days to complete, requiring a complete tear-off and re-shingling of the residence and (2) barns. Each day began just after day-break and ended with the roofs in a condition such that inclement weather would not cause a problem. The messes associated with the tear-offs were cleaned-up daily and the new shingles were applied with skilled experience. The finished roofs are very attractive.
Highland did an excellent job installing a new roof on our facility. There was good communication throughout the process.
